Okay I have rested enough from my trip and it’s time to start adulting lol. I literally edited most of photos on my four-hour air flight back from Puerto Rico so now it’s time share! I have been getting a lot of messages and questions about how I edit my photos or what apps, programs I use so I thought I would share what tools I use so you all can edit your photos as well! Before I share, I also want share my airport outfit I wore for my airplane trip. It’s pretty darn hot so I found myself a little uncomfortable wearing my tights and layers of clothing (to keep warm) on the plane to Puerto Rico so I decided to wear this oversized floral top (comes in different colors) with shorts on the way back. Hey, it’s summer! I carried a light sweater with me of course and I felt perfectly warm and comfortable in this floral airport outfit. This floral top is a one size fits all and I love how it fits oversized, because most tops like this make me look a little bigger than usual, but this one doesn’t. Or at least I don’t think it does, lol! Anyways excuse my non-makeup photos, I hardly wore any makeup during my vacation, but that’s okay, it’s nothing shades can’t cover up! Okay, okay, here are my five most used photo editing tools.
This is my go to program that I use for editing my photos on my blog. I like this program, because it can enhance the lighting or tone down the exposure. You can find free lightroom presets or purchase ones you like. I have a combination of both, but I use most of the ones I purchase. If you want to see which ones I use, check out my Pinterest board, I save everything on that board. I also have access to the adobe photoshop, but I NEVER photoshop my photos. I want to people to see the real me and if it means seeing my blemishes or imperfections I’m okay with that. I am all about helping others embrace their imperfections and seeing their beauty in them. I solely use lightroom program for lighting or clarity purposes. This program is not free, but I think it’s worth it especially for those who love photography and are constantly working with photos.
If you all have been following me since the beginning, then you know I use to use Picmonkey to edit my photos at first. I still use this program time to time and it can enhance your photos nicely. I liked this because most features are FREE, but I purchased the yearlong unlimited access for only $35. I use this program now for all my Pinterest pins or collages. I recommended this for those who causally take photos or simply for casual family photos or daily use.
I love this app! I use this one for my iphone photos that I upload on my Instagram or personal facebook account. It offers different tools to help edit your photos. I like to use this app to remove people from the background or to add a little more exposure lighting. This app is available on both iphone and android.
I recently just downloaded this one during the summer and I have find myself using this one a lot for enhancing my colors for my iphone photos. They have free tools available, but I purchased two filters that I use on this app. Good vibes and Seasons.
I have been using this time to time for over a year now and let me just say they have a lot of FREE filters that can enhance your photos! There are so many ways to craft your images and I use certain cheat sheets that I found on pinterest. You can find these on my Pinterest board.
If you use any of these let me know by commenting below and let me know what you think of them! Hope you all have a wonderful day and don’t forget to subscribe to my blog or Pin my post!
