Can you believe for a long time the idea of wearing Pink was out of the question? I was not at all into the color of Pink and had no personal interest wearing it. The only time I could actually recall wearing Pink was during the month of October for Breast Cancer Awareness. One goal I have for 2016 is to get out of my comfort zone and be bold. Adding more loud and bright colors has been a tough challenge, but I would say I am being pretty darn daring in this Pretty Pink dress.
I know it is hard to believe, but I seriously bought this Gianni Bini dress at Dillard’s for ONLY $10.00! A lot of the items I have been featuring on my instagram and blog lately are from Dillard’s when they had their 50% off of already reduced items. If you missed my advice for Dillard’s Secret Sale, you must check it out and mark it on your calendar (January 1st) for next year! I am able to find great deals because I take the time to look through merchandise and of course have patience. Finding great deals does take time looking the racks or browsing the interent for a quite a bit. Currently this dress is not available at the moment but I am sharing this look to motivate my boldness in wearing loud colors as well as sharing great finds during great sales that are worth marking on your calendars.

Online Shopping:
What I have learned over these past couple of months is that there are many companies out there with amazing deals, but not satisfied customers. I decided to share a short version on this blog because of my recent experience with my statement necklace. Here are three MAJOR takeaways you should consider when you online shop.
1.) Return Policy
When ordering items from small or online companies make sure they allow return or free refund options. I have ordered from a couple of companies where have I received torn shirts or intact jewelry. They did not allow any refunds so I was stuck with the merchandise.
2.) Payment
I recommend using a reliable card that the bank supervises well and keeps you aware of all charges. Doing this will prevent companies from reaching into your bank account all while staying on top of your charges on your card. A couple of years ago I once used my personal card (Wells Fargo) and I got an email that my account had over drafted. Come to know that an online company kept drafting a dollar here and there throughout the couple of months.
3.) Research/Reviews
When I consider ordering from a new place I typically read over the reviews. If reviews are not reliable I don’t bother ordering. I also rely on other bloggers and entrust that they are recommending reliable companies. If I see more then a few bloggers suggesting a place, I will most likely trust the company to order.
As a blogger it is imperative that we be honest and true to our audience. I hope you consider these short tips when you decide to order online. For a LONG time I refused to order things online, but this generation pretty revolves around online shopping, how can you not fall in love and order? I finally decided to give it try and after error and trail, using these tips have made online shopping rather joyful!
Miriana Collections does not allow refunds. It took 2 months before I received my item and when I did receive my necklace statement I had 7 jewels that had fallen off. I also had three hooks disconnected, but luckily super glue and my necklace tools fixed this piece up. Don’t get me wrong this Statement Necklace is a beautiful piece, but for paying $49.00 as an ambassador (original price $130.00) I shouldn’t have had to gone through that hassle. Nonetheless I have seen many other bloggers recommend this company, therefore this review is based off of my personal experience.
God Bless You!
